WHAT IS PROJECT FINAL CHAPTER?
Project Final Chapter is a powerful initiative dedicated to honoring communities around the world who have played a vital role in the repatriation of Missing in Action (MIA) American service members. These communities have significantly contributed to our Mission by working hand-in-hand with our teams and they need to know the Final Chapter of the American hero they assisted in repatriating.
Much like the final pages of a meaningful book, this “Final Chapter” offers peace, resolution, and understanding to those that were pivotal to our mission. Without it, these global communities would never know if their hard work and sacrifice led to the identification of the hero they were searching for. This project is about delivering that long-awaited ending- one that brings comfort, clarity, and connection.
There is an intangible amount of gratitude that we hold for these communities. Their contributions are sacred. Through storytelling and recognition we ensure their efforts are remembered and revered. They’ve done something far greater than themselves-and that legacy will live on for generations.
The Repatriation Flag: A Sacred Symbol
To honor each community’s role in this mission, we present the Repatriation Flag—a symbol of their deep impact and lasting contribution. These flags are more than recognition, they are reminders of courage, compassion, and commitment.

The outer circle in the flag’s center stands for the global community that helps find the missing
The inner circle represents the families who now have closure
The US flag draped over a transfer case symbolizes the warrior who is finally home
Global Recognition
Every location that receives a Repatriation Flag will be prominently displayed as part of a growing global map. This network showcases the unity and perseverance of countless individuals and communities who helped bring our heroes back. It is a living tribute to humanity’s shared dedication to honor, memory, and justice.
Communicating the “Final Chapter” is essential. It brings closure to families and shines a light on the incredible acts of solidarity shown by people across the world. This isn’t just the end of a story—it’s a tribute to everyone who played a part in bringing it to its rightful conclusion.
